1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, international destinations, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Periods
The promotion consists of four separate weekly giveaways:
Week 1: iPhone 18 Pro
Entry Period: October 6, 2026 through October 12, 2026 at 11:59PM
Week 2: AirPods 5
Entry Period: October 13, 2026 through October 18, 2026 at 11:59PM
Week 3: $300 Airbnb Gift Card
Entry Period: October 19, 2026 through October 25, 2026 at 11:59PM
Week 4: DJI Drone
Entry Period: October 26, 2026 through November 1, 2026 at 11:59PM
All times are Pacific Time. Entries received outside the applicable Entry Period will not be eligible for that week’s drawing.
4. How to Enter
During the applicable Entry Period:
- Follow @HudsonAndEmily on Instagram; and
- Comment on an eligible giveaway post or reel for that week’s prize as instructed in the post.
Each eligible comment on an eligible giveaway post or reel counts as one entry. If multiple giveaway posts or reels are published for the same prize, even if across platforms, entrants may enter on each eligible post or reel. Limit one entry per person per eligible post or reel.
Entries generated by bots, scripts, automated methods, or fraudulent means are void. Sponsor may disqualify entries or entrants that violate these Official Rules.
5. Prizes
One winner will be selected for each weekly giveaway:
- Week 1: iPhone 18 Pro, approximate retail value (“ARV”) $1,200
- Week 2: AirPods 5, ARV $129
- Week 3: $300 Airbnb Gift Card, ARV $300
- Week 4: DJI Drone, ARV approximately $1,000
Total ARV of all prizes: approximately $2,629.
Prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative is available. Sponsor reserves the right to change or substitute any prize for any reason.
Sponsor will cover standard shipping within the eligible territory. Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
One potential winner for each weekly giveaway will be selected at random from all eligible entries received for that giveaway. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winners will be selected and contacted within 24 hours of each giveaway end time.
Potential winners will be contacted only by the official @hudsonandemily Instagram account and must respond within 24 hours. Sponsor will never require payment, bank information, or credit card information to claim a prize.
Potential winners may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and deliver the prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 24 hours, is ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected.
For the names of the winners, contact Hi@HudsonAndEmily.com within 60 days after the conclusion of the promotion.
7. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions regarding the promotion.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, inaccessible, or technically corrupted entries or for technical failures affecting participation.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel any giveaway, change or substitute any prize, or end the promotion at any time for any reason.
